閻小艷博士, 1980年出生,c7c7.app公共衛生學院教授、博士生導師。曾兩次留學美國。山西省三晉英才、山西省優青、山西省優秀青年學術帶頭人、中國環境誘變劑學會青年委員、中國環境誘變劑學會環境應激與健康損害專委會委員、山西省青年科技協會常務理事、山西省環境誘變劑學會副秘書長。
獲省級科技獎勵4項,其中山西省科學技術獎自然科學類二等獎1項;山西省本科院校中青年教師基本功大賽二等獎,記二等功1次。參編出版著作兩部。培養博士研究生1名,碩士研究生16名,其中2名榮獲山西省優秀碩士論文獎,3名榮獲校級優秀碩士畢業生稱號。
主持國家基金3項,中國博士后基金1項;承擔省級項目多項。在《Science of the total environment》、《Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety》和《Archives of toxicology》等SCI收錄的高影響力的期刊發表學術論文 56篇,其中第一或通訊作者23篇(SCI收錄),其中1區3篇,2區12篇;非第一作者學術論文33篇(SCI收錄),其中1區6篇,2區10篇。15篇代表性論文SCI他引檢索為352次,被7種雜志廣泛引用,其中1區3種,2區雜志2種。
曾前往美國、加拿大、波蘭、伊朗等國參加國際學術會議并作會議報告8次;在中國毒理學會、中國環境誘變劑學會、中國地方病學會等舉辦的全國性學術會議中多次做學術報告,并引起同行的關注。

腹主動脈瘤是指腹主動脈局部或彌漫性的病理性擴張,是血管疾病中最兇險的一種類型,且發病率逐年攀升,造成了嚴重的社會和經濟負擔。目前主流治療方法并發癥多、患者經濟負擔大、再干預率高等,缺乏有效針對腹主動脈瘤的靶向治療。基于上述難點,本項目在多項省部級基金支持下,針對腹主動脈瘤的細胞發病機制展開了一系列基礎研究,取得如下創新性成果。
1. 建立腹主動脈瘤中平滑肌細胞(VSMCs)表型圖譜,揭示新型腹主動脈瘤發病機制
VSMCs是血管中膜數量最多的細胞。早期實驗發現VSMCs具有較高的可塑性。血管損傷刺激VSMCs轉換為不同的狀態或表型。近年來單細胞測序在血管衰老、動脈粥樣硬化(AS)等疾病中發現了多種VSMCs表型,但當前尚無研究未對主動脈瘤中VSMCs表型進行分類以及鑒定。團隊通過單細胞測序及細胞譜系示蹤技術分析并鑒定出腹主動脈瘤中存在的主要6種VSMCs表型,并明確各種VSMCs的細胞外基質、細胞黏附、炎癥因子、蛋白酶等方面的功能。同時分析VSMCs各種表型的空間定位、轉錄因子、細胞通訊等性質。
2.創立小鼠VSMCs特異譜系示蹤模型,追蹤腹主動脈瘤中VSMCs命運
由于當前對VSMCs表型轉換在腹主動脈瘤中的功能及命運所知甚少,團隊在雄性Myh11-CreERT2+- tdTomato+/-小鼠上誘導腹主動脈瘤發生。作為首個追蹤腹主動脈瘤中VSMCs分化命運的研究,團隊發現由原VSMCs分化增殖而來的細胞失去了收縮型VSMCs的特點及標志物,轉換為其他類型細胞,同時由動脈中膜遷移至內膜及外膜。這一發現突出了VSMCs表型轉換在腹主動脈瘤發生中的重要作用。
3.構建AAV-miR-206-sponge,降低腹主動脈瘤擴張率及破裂風險,提供腹主動脈瘤治療新靶點
基于VSMCs表型轉換在腹主動脈瘤發生中的重要作用,團隊篩選出腹主動脈瘤中與VSMCs表型轉換相關的分子miR-206, 并針對性構建出AAV-miR-206-sponge以敲低miR-206。實現在小鼠腹主動脈瘤模型上降低瘤體破裂風險50%,降低瘤體最大直徑約20%。團隊實現了對腹主動脈瘤進行分子靶向治療的可能性。
4. 通過外源性Tregs通過調節巨噬細胞極化穩定動脈粥樣硬化斑塊,減輕腹主動脈瘤危險因素
團隊提前外源性Tregs細胞進行治療減少動脈斑塊面積,證明了Tregs細胞可以穩定頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊,減輕動脈粥樣硬化的發生及發展。
團隊自進行相關基礎研究以來,共計發表SCI論文16篇,最高影響因子7.5,被引次數:228次;授權專利6項。本項目有力地提高了我國血管外科在國際上的影響和地位。
