On March 9th, 2023, our school held a visiting professor appointment ceremony at Yingze Campus. Wang Hongwei, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the university, attended the ceremony, presented the appointment certificate and delivered a speech. Cai Rui, the Director of the Talent Work Department, presided over the meeting, and Han Shifan, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of the School of Nursing, and relevant comrades of the Talent Work Department of the Party Committee and the School of Nursing attended the meeting.
Among the three professors employed, Professor Zhao Yue is the Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Nursing of Tianjin Medical University and has long been committed to continuous nursing research and nursing education research. Professor Sun Xuejun is a leading talent in hydrogen medicine research at the Naval Medical University, engaged in diving medicine, gas and biomedical research, and is one of the founders of hydrogen medicine in China; Professor Liu Zhida is the Vice President of Shanxi Advanced Innovation Research Institute, a professional member of the Tumor Metabolism Professional Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, dedicated to the development of novel anti-tumor and anti-infection immunotherapy drugs based on antibody fusion proteins and nanotechnology.
In their speeches, three professors said that they wouldmakefull use of theiracademic expertise andexperience, actively perform the duties of visiting professors, carry out in-depth exchanges and cooperation around the development goals of the school, and jointly promote the school's teachingto a new level.
Wang Hongwei pointed out that a high-level talent team is the cornerstone of building a first-class university. In the first year of fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the appointment of three professors to our university is of great significance and positive promotion for expanding academic resources, establishing academic exchange platforms, opening up new academic fields, promoting interdisciplinary development and improving the quality of talent training.
