楊利軍，教授，博士生導師，博士后指導教師，山西省學術技術帶頭人，山西省中青年拔尖創新人才，山西省高校優秀青年學術帶頭人。現擔任c7c7.app科學技術部部長、醫學科學院常務副院長，兼任山西省醫學會科研管理分會候任主任委員、中國高等教育學會科技管理研究分會理事、山西省專利保護協會常務理事，山西省藥學會應用藥理學專業委員會副主任委員等職務。主要研究方向是小分子多肽靶向藥物研究和腫瘤免疫分子生物學研究。先后承擔國家十二五重大新藥創制課題、國家自然科學基金等多項國家級科研項目，主持山西省重點研發計劃重點項目等省部級課題10余項，獲省級科技獎勵10余項，發表各類學術論文 60 多篇。 1.
