圍繞我國(guó)特色高發(fā)惡性腫瘤食管癌,聯(lián)合食管癌高發(fā)區(qū)(山西、新疆、潮汕等地區(qū))腫瘤病理學(xué)、腫瘤外科學(xué)、腫瘤放化療等臨床研究人員,組建了“消化系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤防治山西省科技創(chuàng)新重點(diǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)”、“食管癌發(fā)病機(jī)理及轉(zhuǎn)化研究山西省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”,聚焦我國(guó)高發(fā)區(qū)食管癌遺傳變異分析、分子標(biāo)記物篩查及驅(qū)動(dòng)基因分子調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究。聚焦我國(guó)高發(fā)區(qū)食管癌遺傳變異分析、分子標(biāo)記物篩查及驅(qū)動(dòng)基因分子調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究,搭建了我國(guó)食管鱗癌多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),在國(guó)際上率先從克隆進(jìn)化角度揭示了食管鱗癌高異質(zhì)性,揭示了食管鱗癌 DNA 甲基化特征全貌,鑒定了一批與食管鱗癌發(fā)生發(fā)展及轉(zhuǎn)移、預(yù)后顯著相關(guān)的基因及信號(hào)通路,揭示了食管鱗癌免疫逃逸的可能機(jī)制;基于多個(gè)獨(dú)立隊(duì)列的大樣本多組學(xué)測(cè)序數(shù)據(jù),鑒定了我國(guó)食管鱗癌的臨床分子分型標(biāo)記物,強(qiáng)有力地預(yù)測(cè)了患者的預(yù)后生存,提出了我國(guó)人群食管鱗癌分子分型的建議標(biāo)準(zhǔn);基于食管鱗癌患者病理圖像及影像組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),開(kāi)展了病理圖像特征、影像組學(xué)特征與生物標(biāo)志物的關(guān)聯(lián)研究,系統(tǒng)解析病理圖像及影像組學(xué)在食管鱗癌療效與預(yù)后評(píng)估、新治療靶點(diǎn)和食管鱗癌發(fā)生發(fā)展的生物機(jī)制,為建立融入病理圖像及影像組學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)人工智能分析平臺(tái),促進(jìn)精準(zhǔn)化個(gè)性化的智能醫(yī)療應(yīng)用和發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
